Description: This 4 week, 45 minute class is safe, fun and results oriented! Taught by a Boot Camp expert, exercises include core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, fitness kickboxing, Pilates, sports drills and obstacle courses.

Dates(s): July 13-August 5; August 17-September 9; September 21-October 14

Time(s): Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00am - 6:45am
